Lakeside Lender is a solo F&I consulting and AI build practice based in Conroe, Texas. This page describes what data we collect through this website and our AI chat (Lake), and how we use it. Last updated: May 13, 2026.
What we collect
When you contact us via the chat widget (Lake), the contact form, or email, we receive whatever you send — your name, email, business details, and message content. When you visit any page on this site, our analytics records anonymized session information (page views, referrer, approximate geographic region from your IP address).
Where it lives
Chat conversations with Lake are stored on hardware we physically control in Conroe, Texas. No public cloud LLM provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.) receives your chat input. Email and form submissions route to [email protected] (Google Workspace). Analytics data is processed by Google Analytics 4.
What we do with it
We use your contact information to respond to the inquiry you sent. We use analytics to improve the site over time. We do not sell, share, or transfer your information to third parties outside the providers listed above. We do not use your data to train any AI model.
Cookies
The site sets cookies for analytics (Google Analytics 4) and security/performance (Cloudflare). We do not run ad-targeting cookies. You can block cookies in your browser without breaking site function.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, or request its deletion, by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
