1. Who we are
Lakeside Lender is an independent finance (F&I) consulting and AI-stack advisory practice based in Conroe, Texas, owned and operated by Michael Tannehill. We work with marine dealers, trade-service businesses, and other small-to-mid-size operators who want to add AI tooling to their workflow or sharpen their finance operations.
2. What this site is — and isn’t
This website is informational. Nothing on it is a binding offer of credit, an approved rate, or a guarantee of any consulting outcome. Case studies and figures reflect specific engagements at specific times and aren’t a forecast of what we’ll deliver for you. We update content frequently; older pages may reference programs or partners we no longer work with.
3. Consulting engagements
We deliver consulting services under written engagement letters or proposals signed by both parties. The terms of any specific engagement — scope, deliverables, fees, timeline, confidentiality — are governed by that document, not by this page. If anything on this site conflicts with your signed engagement, the engagement controls.
4. Your use of this site
You agree not to misuse this site — that means no attempting to disrupt service, no scraping at volume, no impersonation, and no submitting forms with false contact information. We log standard request metadata for security and analytics, governed by our Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual property
Content on this site — copy, images, frameworks, methodologies described — is owned by Lakeside Lender or licensed for use here. You’re welcome to quote it with attribution. Don’t republish substantial portions without permission. Concepts you encounter in articles or case studies are general; specific implementations we build for clients remain confidential to those clients.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lakeside Lender is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site. For matters arising from a signed consulting engagement, the limitations in that engagement letter apply.
